NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 05/05/2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 000603 of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and RICHARD L. MANN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD L. MANN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, is/are Defendant(s), Leon County Clerk of Courts, Gwen Knight, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.leon.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on June 8, 2026 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commonly known as: 820 Flagg Street, Tallahassee, FL 32305
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's attorney.
