<p>NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TAX DEED</p>
<p>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that PINE VALLEY FL 2022 LLC AND SE, the holder of the following certificate has filed said certificate for a tax deed to be issued thereon. The certificate number and year of issuance, the description of the property, and the name in which it was assessed are as follows:</p>

<p>13 1N 1W IN SW 1/4 OF NE 1/4 OR 917/284 LESS R/W OR 1015/1678<br />

<p>Said property being in the County of Leon, State of Florida.</p>
