<p>NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TAX DEED</p>
<p>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that IDE TECHNOLOGIES, INC, the holder of the following certificate has filed said certificate for a tax deed to be issued thereon. The certificate number and year of issuance, the description of the property, and the name in which it was assessed are as follows:</p>
<p>Certificate Number: 2023-004233-00</p>
<p>Description of Property:</p>
<p>HUTCHINSON HEIGHTS LOT 1 BLOCK A OR 735/109 1777/1206 2402/1173<br />
410270A0010</p>
<p>Name in which assessed: KPRM II LLC</p>
<p>Said property being in the County of Leon, State of Florida.</p>
