<p>NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TAX DEED</p>
<p>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUB OF THE ST OF FL, the holder of the following certificate has filed said certificate for a tax deed to be issued thereon. The certificate number and year of issuance, the description of the property, and the name in which it was assessed are as follows:</p>
<p>Certificate Number: 2021-001680-00</p>
<p>Description of Property:</p>
<p>PARKSIDE UNIT 2 LOT 4 BLOCK E ALSO 10 FT ADJ ON EAST OR 1358/281<br />
212360E0040</p>
<p>Name in which assessed: ANDREW JONATHAN BYRD</p>
<p>Said property being in the County of Leon, State of Florida.</p>
