NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-000218-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-BC1, is Plaintiff and Vanessa M. Stuebe a/k/a Vanessa Stuebe; James E. Stuebe a/k/a James Stuebe; Vanessa Stuebe as Trustee of the James & Vanessa Stuebe Revocable Living Trust; James Stuebe as Trustee of the James & Vanessa Stuebe Revocable Living Trust; Unknown Beneficiaries of the James & Vanessa Stuebe Revocable Living Trust; Westwinds II Homeowners Assoc., Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 28th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 155, WESTWINDS PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGES 24 AND 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
