NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2026, entered in Case No. 2026 CA 000095 of the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit in and for Indian River County, Florida, the clerk, Ryan L. Butler, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.indian-river.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
