NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of April 2026, and entered in Case No. 25001052CA, of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial District in and for Bay County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and MARK ANDREWS RANSDELL, AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALD OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are defendants.
