Notice is hereby given that Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will on February 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via online bid at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, offer for sale, and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion for Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered in the above styled action, the following described real and personal property situated in Polk County, Florida:
Real Property
Lot 64, HAMPTON ESTATES PHASE 2, VILLAGE 5, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 117, Pages 44 and 45, of the public records of Polk County, Florida.
Personal Property
All improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and additions.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk of the Court no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
