City of Destin seeks proposals for an AI-powered development services platform.

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
The City of Destin will receive proposals for an AI-Powered Development Services Optimization Platform. The project is located in the City of Destin at 4200 Indian Bayou Trail.
The selected vendor shall provide an integrated AI-assisted platform supporting Development Services functions including plan review efficiency, Land Development Code (LDC) digitization, staff knowledge systems, and workflow optimization.
To obtain a copy of this RFP, vendors must contact the City Clerks Office at
cityclerk@cityofdestin.com. Please include Request for Proposal Documents  RFP 26-02-CD, AI-Powered Development Services Optimization Platform in the subject line.
Proposal submissions must be received by the City Clerk's Office at the City of Destin, 4200 Indian Bayou Trail, Destin, Florida 32541 in a sealed envelope clearly marked, RFP 26-02-CD, AI-Powered Development Services Optimization Platform no later than 2:00 p.m. (CT) on April 9, 2026, along with the name, return address and telephone number of the submitter. One printed copy of the proposal and one digital copy shall be provided on a USB Drive (pdf format).
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive minor defects and informalities, and accept the proposal deemed in the best interest of the City.
Scope of Work
The City of Destin is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek a qualified vendor to provide an AI -Assisted Development Services platform to improve regulatory compliance screening, enhance staff access to municipal code knowledge, and support data-driven process improvements.
