Judge: Lopane, Nicholas, Judge NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE: You are hereby notified that a Petition for Formal Administration has been filed in the estate of FLOYD JONES, deceased, Case Number PRC250000916, by the Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 201 S.E. 6th Street, 3rd Floor, Room: 03150 Fort Lauderdale, FL 3330. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative’s attorney are set forth below. A Personal Representative or Curator has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedent’s death by the decedent or the decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in sections 732.216-732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a creditor as specified under section 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
