APPROVAL OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT MEADE, FLORIDA, AND FORT MEADE, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, DOING BUSINESS AS FORT MEADE DC, LLC, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A DATA CENTER AND RELATED CITY INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS. Please take notice that the City of Fort Meade Planning and Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2026, AT 5:30P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider a proposed Development Agreement for the STONEBRIDGE PROJECT. THE MEETING WILL BE HELD AT:

NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS:
FORT MEADE, FLORIDA
This notice is being mailed to property owners determined by the City to be potentially affected by the proposed Development Agreement in accordance with Section 163.3225, Florida Statutes. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
Two public hearings will be held pursuant to Section 163.3225, Florida Statutes. The hearings will be open to the public, and interested parties may appear and be heard, subject to applicable public hearing guidelines. The City Commission of the City of Fort Meade will hold a second public hearing at a date, time and place as announced at the first public hearing.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project consists of a data center development containing zero (0) residential units and up to 4,400,000 square feet of data center facilities, with a maximum of three (3) stories and a maximum height of sixty (60) feet. The development may include data center operation buildings, electrical power substations, communication and utility infrastructure, and other appurtenant structures. PUBLIC INSPECTION:
Copies of the proposed Development Agreement are available for public inspection Monday through Friday, between 8:00A.M. and 5:00P.M., at Fort Meade City Hall, 8 West Broadway, Fort Meade, Florida 33841.
