The Hearing Examiner of Lee County will hold public hearings on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in the Hearing Examiner Meeting Room, 1500 Monroe St., Ft. Myers, FL. An interested individual may appear and be heard with respect to the case(s) below. The Hearing Examiner's written decision becomes final on the date rendered. That decision may be appealed to Circuit Court in Lee County if an appeal is filed within 30 days of the date the decision is rendered.
