NOTICE OF VARIANCE HEARING Notice is hereby given that there shall be a public hearing before a Hearing Examiner for the Broward County Public Works and Environmental Services Department on April 23, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., at the Broward County Government Center West, 1 N. University Drive, 2nd Floor Hearing Room, Plantation, Florida 33324. The Hearing Examiner shall hear the variance application of Gulfstream Park Racing Association, Inc. (Variance Request No.: VAR26-01) for a variance from Chapter 27, Article V, Section 27-193(b)(3)a. of the Broward County Code of Ordinances to allow non-domestic wastewater discharges from operation of a reverse osmosis system for irrigation at 901 South Federal Highway, Hallandale Beach, Florida 33009.
