Final Judgment was awarded on November 18, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-002065, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF DISCOVERY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM J. HUDSON; BRIDGET J. HUDSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
