Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 2/18/2026, in Case No.: 2025-CA-000450 of the Circuit Court in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein WESTSIDE MURANO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and RAYMOND CHARLES VARNER JR., et al., is/are the Defendant(s), Kelvin Soto, Esquire, the Clerk of Court for Osceola County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in Room 204 (2nd Floor) of the Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida 34741, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on MARCH 25, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
