NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default and Consent entered on March 11, 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-003243-MF of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit for Osceola County, Florida, in which JOSHUA EFFRON is Plaintiff, and MINORITY POWER INC, a New York corporation, JENNIFER WHITE, individually, CARIBE COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida corporation not for profit and WESTSIDE MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, are the Defendants. KELVIN SOTO, Clerk of Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Condominium Unit 3206, CARIBE COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 3, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 3485, Page 136, and amended by amendment adding Phase 2 recorded in Official Record Book 3504, Page 2657, amendment adding Phase 3 recorded in Official Record Book 3531, Page 2236, amendment adding Phase 4 recorded in Official Record Book 3544, Page 1432 and amendment adding Phase 5 recorded in Official Record Book 3554, Page 264, as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 12, Pages 1-7, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida.
THE SALE will be held at 11:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on MAY 12, 2026, to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as prescribed in paragraph 7, at the courthouse located at the OSCEOLA COUNTY HISTORIC COURTHOUSE at 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 in Osceola County in Kissimmee, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
