BARBOZA-SOTO, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). Kelvin Soto, Esquire, the Clerk of Court for Osceola County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in Room 204 (2nd Floor) of the Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Kissimmee, Florida 34741, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on MARCH 25, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
