NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2026, and entered in CASE NO.: 2025-CA-2639-MF of the Clerk of Osceola County, wherein VACATION VILLAS AT FANTACYWORLD TIMESHARE OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. is Plaintiff, and as Defendants JOE SWEET III, SHERRIE SWEET, CLIFFORD WILLIAMS, BEVERLY WILLIAMS, TOMMY WILLIAMS, LAKEWISHA BROWN, REGINALS WINFREY, EARNELLE P. WINFREY, the Office of Kelvin Soto, Osceola County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 A.M. on APRIL 14, 2026 at the Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd Floor), Kissimmee, Florida 34741 to wit:


a) Time Share Period 51-16 BIENNIAL ODD IN UNIT THREE, in which the first number represents the unit number and the number after the hyphen represents the unit week number, in Vacation Villas at Fantasyworld, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1030, at pages 0555-0583 inclusive, Public Records of Osceola County, Florida, and all amendment(s) thereto, if any. The current owner of which is JOE SWEET III AND SHERRIE SWEET.


b) Time Share Period 50-43 BIENNIAL ODD IN UNIT THREE, in which the first number represents the unit number and the number after the hyphen represents the unit week number, in Vacation Villas at Fantasyworld, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1030, at pages 0555-0583 inclusive, Public Records of Osceola County, Florida, and all amendment(s) thereto, if any. The current owners of which are CLIFFORD WILLIAMS AND BEVERLY WILLIAMS.


c) Time Share Period 45-16 BIENNIAL EVEN IN UNIT ONE, in which the first number represents the unit number and the number after the hyphen represents the unit week number, in Vacation Villas at Fantasyworld, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1030, at pages 0555-0583 inclusive, Public Records of Osceola County, Florida, and all amendment(s) thereto, if any. The current owners of which are TOMMY WILLIAMS AND LAKEWISHA BROWN.


d) Time Share Period 18-20 Annual in Unit TWO, in which the first number represents the unit number and the number after the hyphen represents the unit week number, in Vacation Villas at Fantasyworld, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1030, at pages 0555-0583 inclusive, Public Records of Osceola County, Florida, and all amendment(s) thereto, if any. The current owners of which are REGINALD WINFREY AND EARNELLE P WINFREY.


ALL WITHIN VACATION VILLAS AT FANTASYWORLD TIMESHARE OWNERS ASSOCIATION according to the Declaration of Timeshare Plan thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1030, Page 0555-0583 inclusive, Public Records of Osceola County, Florida, and all amendments thereto. Including the building and appurtenances located therein, together with the fixtures situate therein and located thereon.


 Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the Foreclosure Sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
