NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 2025-CA-001333 MF of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein RCAF LOAN ACQUISITION, LP, Plaintiff, and CRAIG THOMAS KOSTUS; FORMOSA GARDENS MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROLLING OAKS SPLENDID, LLC, are Defendants. KELVIN SOTO, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at the Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd floor), Kissimmee, FL 34741, at 11:00 AM, on the 17th day of JUNE 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
