RFQ TITLE: Construction Management Services  Fire Station 42


Sealed Requests for Qualifications will be received at the office of Brevard County Central Services/Purchasing, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, C-303, Viera, FL 32940 until 2:00 pm local time on April 7, 2026 for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project known as Construction Management Services  Fire Station 42 .

There will be no pre-bid conference.


Brief Scope of Work: 
The project consists of the Construction Management services for the construction of a new Fire Station 42; a newly designed single-story building of approximately 6,598 SF of mixed-use occupancy, located at 840 N Banana River Dr, Merritt Island, FL 32952. Work also includes associated driveway entrances, parking spaces, walkways, utility connections, and dry retention stormwater management system. Landscaping and sod installation will be included. The existing fire station will also be demolished. Construction will be completed per the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Tsark Architecture, LLC.
