Sealed (Bids/Proposals) will be received at the office of Brevard County Central Services/Purchasing, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, C-303, Viera, FL 32940 until March 31, 2026 @ 10:00 am for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project known as 5041 Frederick House Demolition Project.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting/walk-through will be held on March 16, 2026 @ 9 AM located on site at 5041 Frederick Ave., West Melbourne, FL 32904. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend this meeting. All contractors attending this pre-bid walk-through should meet in front.


Brief Scope of Work: Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Public Works Department, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the complete demolition and removal of the single-family residence and all associated structures located at 5041 Frederick Avenue, West Melbourne, Florida 32904.


The structure is a one-story single-family residence constructed in 1964, consisting of approximately 1,652 square feet of living area, a 392-square-foot attached garage, and a 120-square-foot screened porch.


The Work includes, but is not limited to, the complete demolition and removal of all existing poured concrete slabs, clothesline structure, garden pavers, fencing, and all existing landscaping, including trees, within the project limits.
