Miscellaneous Public Notices PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF NEPTUNE BEACH Notice is hereby given that the Historical Review Board for the City of Neptune Beach will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 116 First Street, Neptune Beach, Florida. The following are some of the items on the agenda: HS26-02 Application for Determination of Historical Significance as outlined in Chapter 2 Section 497 of the General Code of Neptune Beach for John Campbell and Barbara Williamson for the property currently known as 1412 Strand Street (RE# 172995-0000) If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing the person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Florida Statutes, Section 286.26, persons with disabilities needing special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the City Clerks Office at least 2 business days prior to the meeting.
