BOARD MEETING PROTOCOL AND FORMAT 2.26
Purpose and Effect: The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss and obtain public input regarding Policy 2.26. Policy 2.26 is proposed to be amended as follows:
1. Speakers are no longer required to state their name for the record.
2. Adds that speakers should not direct questions to the audience or public, but to the District and/or Board.
3. References to personal attacks are removed.
4. The requirement to avoid profane or vulgar language is eliminated.
5. Updates citations of Florida statutes.
