ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the City Commission, City of New Smyrna Beach, will conduct public hearings for consideration of adoption of the following ordinances on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at the regular City Commission meeting starting at 5:30 p.m., in the City Commission Chambers, 214 Sams Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida: Copies of the ordinances may be obtained by mail or inspected in person at the Office of the City Clerk, 210 Sams Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168, Telephone (386) 410-2630. Pursuant to Sec. 166.041(3)(a), F.S., all interested persons may appear and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances. ORDINANCE NO. 22-26 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH APPROVING A 3-MONTH EXTENSION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UTILITIES COMMISSION, CITY OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH, FLORIDA, AND REVINU, INC., FOR THE DISPOSAL OF BIOSOLIDS WHICH WILL EXTEND THE AGREEMENT TERM BEYOND 4 YEARS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING ORDINANCES, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. RECORD IS REQUIRED TO APPEAL Pursuant to Sec. 286.0105, F.S., if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission at this public meeting, the person will need a record of the proceedings and for such purposes may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. NOTICE TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the City Clerk by mail or in person at 210 Sams Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168, Telephone 386-410-2630, prior to the proceeding.
