ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF NORTHWEST FLORIDA STATE COLLEGE Request for Qualifications RFQ #2025-2026-03 | Job Order Engineering Services Continuing Contract Northwest Florida State College (NWFSC) requests interested parties submit sealed bids for the above-referenced project. Bidders must upload their bid via Northwest Florida State Colleges BidNet Direct Florida Purchasing Group page: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/florida/northwestfloridastatecollege no later than 8:00 AM (CST) on April 16, 2026. Bids shall be opened and read aloud publicly at 8:15 AM (CST) on April 16, 2025, at NWFSC Niceville Campus Building 400, Room 214, Niceville, Florida. Description of Work: The District Board of Trustees of Northwest Florida State College is requesting Statement of Qualifications from qualified professional Architectural Firms to provide services for job order projects on a continuing basis at five of its campus and center locations. The solicitation must be downloaded electronically via Northwest Florida State Colleges BidNet Direct Florida Purchasing Group page: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/florida/northwestfloridastatecollege Inquiries regarding this solicitation must be directed to Katherine St. Onge, Director of Purchasing, by the date listed in the bid document. Bidders shall not contact any other individual regarding this solicitation. The District Board of Trustees of Northwest Florida State College reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part, to withdraw the RFQ, to waive informalities in the solicitation documents, to obtain new bids, or to postpone the opening under the Northwest Florida State College Purchasing Policy. Each bid shall be valid and binding for a period of 120 days after the opening unless otherwise stated in the solicitation document. M/WBEs are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
