NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 11, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-001206-AX of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Marion County, Ocala, Florida, wherein CWS INVESTMENTS, INC., is Plaintiff and S&CA Ventures LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, GREGORY C. HARRELL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Marion.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of March, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

BEGINNING AT THE 1/4 CORNER ON THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 125.00 FEET ALONG SAID EAST LINE TO THE SE CORNER OF LOT 2 OF AN UNRECORDED SUBDIVISION OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 4, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE NORTH 100.00 FEET; NORTH 89° 31’ WEST 142.00 FEET; SOUTH 100.00 FEET; SOUTH 89° 31’ EAST 142.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
