CITY OF PALM BEACH GARDENS PLANNING, ZONING, AND APPEALS BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board of the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, sitting as the Local Planning Agency, will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard and continuing from time to time and place to place as necessary, in the Municipal Complex Building located at 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, to consider and make recommendations to the City Council regarding the following: CPSS-25-11-0004 A City-initiated petition for a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map Amendment to amend the land-use designation of 23.25 acres, more or less, to Palm Beach Gardens Conservation (CONS), 12.11 acres of which is currently designated Palm Beach County Rural Residential, 1 unit per 10 acres (RR-10), and 11.14 acres of which is currently designated Palm Beach County Rural Residential, 1 unit per 20 acres (RR-20). The subject site is located on the south side of Northlake Boulevard, approximately 0.20 miles east of Coconut Boulevard. REZN-25-11-0002* A City-initiated petition to rezone approximately 23.25 acres from Palm Beach County Agricultural Residential (AR) to Palm Beach Gardens Conservation (CONS). All documents pertaining to these petitions may be inspected by the public in the Planning and Zoning Department (561-799-4243) located at the Municipal Complex Building during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., except for holidays. For additional information regarding the above referenced project, please visit the Citys website https://www.pbgfl.gov/projects. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE AND BE ADVISED that if any interested party wishes to appeal any decision made by the Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board with respect to any matter considered at this public hearing, such interested parties will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
