The Applicant Landowner is requesting a Variance from Section 155.5302.D.2.c of  the Pompano Beach Zoning Code governing fences and walls in residential districts.  The request seeks after-the-fact approval for two interior side-yard gates measuring  7.5 feet in height, which exceed the 6-foot maximum permitted by Code.
