Notice of a Meeting of the Eastport Business Center Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA)
A meeting of the Eastport Business Center Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will be held on March 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be possible. All CRA meetings are open to the public and are held at Port Orange City Council Chambers, 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, FL, 32129.
The agenda items scheduled for this public hearing include 1) The Eastport Businesses Center CRA Annual Report; 2) First Amendment to BIK Boom Trucks, LLC. Economic Inventive Agreement; and all other lawful purposes.
A copy of this notice and the agenda items will be available for public inspection during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the City Clerks office, first floor, City Hall, 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, Florida. All interested parties are invited to attend this hearing and voice comments regarding the proposed items.
Any person desiring to appeal any decision made by the Agency with respect to any matter considered at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings and said person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
