NOTICE OF ANNUAL REPORT AVAILABILITY
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR
PORT ORANGE TOWN CENTER
The Port Orange Town Center Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), in accordance with s. 163.356(3)(c), Florida Statutes, has filed with the City Council of the City of Port Orange, Florida, a report of its activities for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. This report includes an overview of the Agencys goals, objectives and policies, a financial statement setting forth the Agencys assets, liabilities, income and operating expenses, and a recap of the Agencys accomplishments during the past fiscal year.
The Port Orange Town Center Community Redevelopment Agency Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 will be submitted to the County of Volusia and filed with the City of Port Orange Clerk by March 31, 2026. After March 31, 2026, this document is available for inspection during regular business hours in, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Offices of the City Clerk, City of Port Orange, Florida, 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, FL 32129. After March 31, 2026, it may also be viewed online at the Port Orange Town Center CRA webpage: https://www.port-orange.org/374/Port-Orange-Town-Center-CRA
