NOTICE OF FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS TO ALL PERSONS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: The LAKELAND POLICE DEPARTMENT hereby gives notice of forfeiture proceedings to be had in accordance with Sections 932.701 through 932.706, Florida Statutes, in regard to: 2011 DODGE CHARGER AND VEHICLE PARTS FROM 2021 DODGE CHARGER SRT HELLCAT. Said property was seized at or near the 2800 block of Mall Hill Rd., Lakeland, Florida on November 11, 2024. The law enforcement agency holding the property is the Lakeland Police Department.
