NOTICE OF FORFEITURE PROCEEDINGS TO ALL PERSONS WHO CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY: The LAKELAND POLICE DEPARTMENT hereby gives notice of forfeiture proceedings to be had in accordance with Sections 932.701 through 932.706, Florida Statutes, in regard to: 2015 BLACK INFINITI Q50 WITH ALTERED VIN FROM 2014 INFINITI Q50. Said property was seized at or near the 900 block of E. Memorial Blvd., Lakeland, Florida on January 25, 2026. The law enforcement agency holding the property is the Lakeland Police Department.
