Informational Meeting
An informational meeting will occur on Monday May 11, 2026 at 5:00p.m. regarding a Variance for a project known as 2215 Roosevelt Model Home for a property located at 2215 Roosevelt Ave., Alva, FL 33920. The Property Owner is requesting a variance from Lee County Land Development Code Section 34-1954(b)(2), which requires model homes to be connected to water and sewer to allow for the proposed model home to be served by well and septic. The meeting will be held at the East County Regional Library located at 881 Gunnery Road N., Lehigh Acres, FL 33971 in the Meeting Room.
