The following ordinance will be read on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. and will be held over for second reading where it will be considered for adoption. at the City Council meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., in the Apopka City Hall Council Chambers or as soon thereafter as possible.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF APOPKA, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE V, PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE&quot; SECTIONS 18-109
