Notice is hereby given that the Clermont City Council will consider a request at a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 3:00pm for the following 2 variances: (1) To allow for the maximum Impervious Surface Area to be over 55%; (2) and to allow for a pool to be placed within the front yard at a setback less than the 35ft minimum required for the R-1-A Single Family Low Density Residential zoning district, pertaining to City Code Sections 125-139.(3), 125-140.(1), and 125-520(b) at the following location:
