LAKE COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE CDBG SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT The Lake County Office of Housing and Community Services requests public comment on a proposed substantial amendment to the 2023-2024 Annual Action Plans for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. A copy of the proposed amendment is available for review at the Lake County Office of Housing and Community Services 2008 Classique Lane, Tavares, FL 32778 beginning on May 1, 2026. Lake County proposes to cancel the Okahumpka Rosenwald School activity ($287,310) and redirect funds to Lake County Public Infrastructure Improvements. The Lake County Office of Housing and Community Services will hold a public hearing to obtain comment on the proposed amendment.
