Notice of Joint Meeting This serves as legal notice that one or more members of the Lake County Board of County Commissioners may attend a Joint Meeting with elected or appointed officials from various municipalities. The Joint Meeting will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the Venetian Center, Har-ris Room, 1 Dozier Cir., Leesburg, FL. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 286, Florida Statutes, Section 286.0105, if any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board of County Commissioners with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Persons with disabilities needing assistance to participate in these proceedings should contact 352-343-9760 at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting; if you are hearing or voice impaired, call 711.
