NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION
 FOR CONDITIONAL USE OF 
LAND
The Citrus County Planning and Development 
Commission (PDC) will conduct a Public Hearing on the 
following application on May 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM in 
the Lecanto Government Building, 3600 W. Sovereign 
Path, Room 166, Lecanto, Florida.
 Please note that the 
PDC meeting begins at 9:00 AM. The actual time that a 
particular item is discussed will vary depending on how 
fast the PDC moves through the agenda.

850 square feet for noncommercial occupancy on parcels 
of at least 10 acres in size per Section 3101,

Accessory Uses, as specified in the LDC.

 any person decides to appeal any decision made by the 
Commission with respect to any matter considered at this 
hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings 
and, for such purpose, he or she may need to ensure that 
a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which 
record includes testimony and evidence upon which the 
appeal is to be based. Copies of the proposed application 
will be available for inspection and/or purchase between 
the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through 
Friday in the Department of Growth Management, Land 
Development Division, 3600 West Sovereign Path, 
Room 140, Lecanto, Florida 34461.
