NOTICE OF PUBLISHING LEGALLY REQUIRED ADVERTISEMENTS AND PUBLIC NOTICES ON BROWARD COUNTY DESIGNATED PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE WEBSITE
Please be advised, pursuant to Section 50.0311(6), Florida Statutes, the City of Dania Beach, Florida intends on utilizing Broward Countys designated publicly accessible website to publish legally required advertisements and public notices.
Legal Advertisements and Public Notices will be posted here:  https://browardcountylegalnotices.com/169/Dania-Beach The Citys utilization of Broward Countys designated publicly accessible website shall begin October 1, 2026. 
In accordance with Section 50.0311(6), Florida Statutes, property owners and residents throughout the City may receive legally required advertisements and public notices from the City of Dania Beach by first-class mail or email upon registering their name and address or email address with the City Clerks Office for the City of Dania Beach. 
Registration for receipt of legally required advertisements and public notices may be done by contacting Elora Riera, City Clerk, City of Dania Beach, by e-mail at cityclerk@daniabeachfl.gov.
