NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT STOREY CREEK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT In accordance with Chapter 190, F.S. and Chapter 120 F.S., the Storey Creek Community Development District hereby gives notice of its intention to implement Rule Chapter II: Storey Creek Community Development District Amenity Policies related to governing the amenity facilities including, but not limited to, shared-use paths, parking lot, playground area, dog park(s), lakes, ponds and natural areas owned by or dedicated to the District (Amenity Rules). Among others, the purpose and effect of the Amenity Rules is to provide for efficient and effective operations of the Districts amenity facilities and related property as provided in Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. Specific legal authority for the rule development includes Sections 190.011, 190.011(5), 190.012(2)(d), 190.012(3), 190.035(2) and 120.54, Florida Statutes. A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of the Storey Creek Community Development District on May 18, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, 1520 Oasis Club Blvd., Davenport, Florida 33896. A copy of the proposed Amenity Rules and any material proposed to be incorporated by reference may be obtained by contacting the District Manager, George S.
