PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF DAYTONA BEACH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS PROGRAM (HOME) FY 2026-2030 CONSOLIDATEDPLAN AND FY 2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN The City of Daytona Beach (City) is an entitlement community eligible to receive federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. For Fiscal Year (FY) 2026, the City of Daytona Beach has been allocated approximately: $675,779 in CDBG funds and $353,670.54 in HOME funds These funds support eligible activities such as public facilities, infrastructure, public services, affordable housing, and economic development. At least 70% must benefit households at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. The City is preparing its FY 20262030 Consolidated Plan, which establishes priorities and goals for housing and community development over the five-year period, along with its FY 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP), which outlines how the FY 2026 funds will be used to address those priorities.
