NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

The following personal property of Patricia Anderson, Patricia Hilton Anderson and/or Esmond Wentworth Hilton III, with no lien reflected on title, will, on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at 1250 Lakeview Drive, Lot 55, Lakeview Terrace MHP, Deland, Florida 32720, be sold for cash to satisfy storage fees in accordance with Section 715.109, Florida Statutes. Any person and/or entity that purchases the subject mobile home described herein may be required to immediately remove said mobile home from the lot in which it sits and from Lakeview Terrace Mobile Home Park altogether.
