ANNUAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT
2026-2027 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL ACTION PLAN
The City of Delray Beach is an entitlement community eligible to receive federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The City of Delray Beach is receiving $474,697 announcement regarding the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-2027 CDBG Allocation. In accordance with federal regulations, 24 CFR, Part 91 the City of Delray Beach is preparing a draft Consolidated Annual Action Plan. This plan provides a concise summary of the actions, activities, and specific federal and non-federal resources that will be used in that particular year to develop strong, sustainable, and inclusive communities and is a component of the 2025-2029 five Year Consolidated Plan.
As part of the planning phase, the Department of Neighborhood and Community Services, Neighborhood Services Division will host a public meeting in compliance with federal regulations governing the Consolidated Planning process to engage the general public and private stakeholders in the development of its 2026-2027 Consolidated Plan. City of Delray Beach residents, organizations serving low-to moderate income residents and special needs populations, and other interested parties are invited to attend the meeting to provide suggestions and comments on housing and community development needs on:
