NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Hearing Examiner of Lee County will hold public hearings on Thursday, June 4, 2026, in the Hearing Examiner Meeting Room, 1500 Monroe St., Ft. Myers, FL. An interested individual may appear and be heard with respect to the case below. Unless a request for a public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners is made in accordance with Land Development Code Section 34-145(d)(1)e.5, the Hearing Examiner's written decision becomes final on the date rendered. That decision may be appealed to Circuit Court in Lee County if an appeal is filed within 30 days of the date the decision is rendered.
