Zoning - Rezoning NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS AND HEARINGS NOTICE is hereby given that there will be a public meeting held by the Jacksonville Planning Commission on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Edward Ball Building, 1st Floor Hearing Room 1002, 214 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32202 and the following public hearings will be held by the City Council on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., by the Land Use and Zoning Committee on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and by the 2nd City Council on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, St. James Building, Jacksonville, FL, concerning: Ordinance No. 2026-0299 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 0.90 OF AN ACRE LOCATED IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 7 AT 0, 820, 830, 834, 838 AND 842 BARNETT STREET, BETWEEN BARNETT STREET AND RUSHING STREET (R.E. NO.(S) 076656-0000, 076656-0020, 076661-0000, 076661-0010, 076662-0010 AND 076665-0000), AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY MBRE OF JAX, LLC AND CHARLES O. CHUPP, SR.
