NOTICE OF SPECIAL WORKSHOP OF LAKEWOOD RANCH 
INTER-DISTRICT AUTHORITY and
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6
The Board of Directors of the Lakewood Ranch Inter-District Authority (IDA) and the Boards of Supervisors of the Lakewood Ranch Community Development Districts 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 will hold a Special Joint Workshop regarding the discussion of Lakewood Ranch Issues/Concerns with Manatee County Commissioner Dr. Bob McCann, Thursday, May 28th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Lakewood Ranch Town Hall, 8175 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34202.
The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The workshop may be continued as necessary to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the subject workshop. There may be occasions when one or more Directors/Supervisors will be participating by telephone or other communications media technology (CMT). Any person requiring special accommodations at this workshop because of a disability or physical impairment should contact Lakewood Ranch Town Hall at (941) 907-0202 at least two (2) calendar days prior to the workshop. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at this workshop is advised that he/she will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
