ROBARTS; POLO RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; SUNNOVA TE MANAGEMENT, LLC, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, ANGELINA ANGEL COLONNESO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://manatee.realforeclose.com on May 20, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, POLO RUN PHASE 1A & 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 61, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 17060 POLO TRL, BRADENTON , FL 34211 (the Property).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
