NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 01, 2026 in Civil Case No. 412025CA000902CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD BANK N.A. is Plaintiff and Nakesha Thomas a/k/a Nakesha M. Thomas a/k/a Nakesha Marie Thomas, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, ANGELINA ANGEL COLONNESO, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of June, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 592, Copperstone Phase I, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 51, Page(s) 178 through 201, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
