on June 24, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in the Judgment:

according to the plat as recorded in Plat Book 65, Pages 128
through 144, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County,
Florida.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as:

Together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the
property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or
hereafter a part of the property.
