NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count II dated December 29, 2025, entered in Case No. 2025CA000760000000 of the Circuit Court for Polk County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the February 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., online at https://polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment:
